YOUTH MINISTRY
The youth ministry connects youth (grade 7 – 12) with one another, the church and Christ Jesus. Various activities have been developed to intentionally work towards these goals. The Youth Ministry Team consist of two committees, one for Junior High Youth (JHY) and another for Senior High Youth (SHY), an Elder of Youth Ministry and the Youth Director. Each committee comprises of three adult Youth Leaders who actively participate in planning, programming, and discipleship. The Youth Leaders also provide an important inter-generational and mentorship aspect that is crucial in the formation of the youth’s identity and connection / belonging to the church and Christian committee. The Youth Director also connects with the youth one-on-one for more focused discipleship, counseling, and mentoring efforts.
